Crown Point Meeting: Monday, April 16th at HRIC

Community Discussion: VOTING

Come and participate in a community panel discussion on voting in upcoming provincial and municipal elections. Our guests will be Don McLean of Hamilton 350, Environment Hamilton and CATCH. Don will be speaking on why voting matters. Next up will be Simon Granat. Simon works in Matthew Green‘s office and he will talk about who does what, or more specifically, what are the jurisdictional divisions between provincial and municipal governments. Then we will spend a few minutes to talk about how to register to vote and if we can vote on election day if not registered. Then it is your turn to ask questions and make comments.

Afterwards, we will have the usual business meeting of the Crown Point Community Planning Team.
