Crown Point Planning team
This is the official website of the Crown Point Planning Team, or Hub. The Planning Team was established under the City of Hamilton’s Neighbourhood Action Strategy in partnership with the Hamilton Community Foundation, Social Planning and Research Council of Hamilton and Hamilton Best Start.
The Planning Team works to realize the goals of the Neighbourhood Action Plan through resident-led initiatives and Action Teams. We are guided by our:

The Crown Point Community Planning Team meets the 3rd Monday of every month, 6:30 – 8:30 pm, at a location that will be announced on our Meetings page. All welcome!
